The Bushido 12 doesnt have a ton to do due to lack of aftermarket support but ive done the following to mine which make it somewhat better: AGFRC 10kg servo is a direct fit.https://a.co/d/0eA0azxJ GPM Reduction Gear for the Thunder Tiger Kaiser XS. Goes into the transmission top shaft and reduces the gear ratio significantly. Turns it into a very linear rate throttle application with plenty of speed. I also removed the stock battery tray for the base plate with a velcro strap to run everything from an 3s 850mah to a 3s 2200mah. Truck will run for HOURS on a 2s 3300mah lipo battery.
