Yes!! Get some 5% lidocaine on Amazon along with a skincare spatula and some Tegaderm. Apply a thick smear of the lidocaine and cover it with the Tegaderm about an hour before your injections. Then 15 minutes before you injections, ice the same area. When you are ready to inject, wipe off the lidocaine and clean the area well with a alcohol wipe before injecting.
