Have you tried a sink “bath”? Just filling the sink with water and wiping her down? This works for my mom. What I finally realized is that her skin is really sensitive to temperatures and the water spraying in the shower agitates her. The goal is cleanliness. How she gets there can look differently. For us the sink wipe down with dial soap works and she is good about cleaning everywhere. Also look into those sudzz wipes. They are wonderful. Found the link sudzz bath sponges
