Do you have regular periods & ovulation? Are you charting your fertility markers with a Fertility Awareness Method? This will help to really get to know your cycle and see if & when you're ovulating. You can confirm ovulation and measure the length of your luteal phase via basal body temping every day, and cervical fluid tells you when ovulation is approaching. As someone else mentioned, the book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" is pretty lifechanging for learning about all of this. No reason not to start gathering these data points now!
