this tmj one is my bestie. Same company has a cervical one that I'm gonna snag during Prime. A lot of the soft cushy gel ones for head, neck just do not stay cold for very long. this soft one was the best I tried, and I still use it for all over skull cramps. Find one you like, and once you do, fingers crossed for you, just resign yourself to multiples. I have 5 in my freezer atm 🤣
