It depends on what you're willing to spend. $0 - Body weight only. Push-ups, Squats, Lunges, Hip Thrusts, Inverted Rows and Reverse-Grip Inverted Rows (put a broom stick between two chairs), Chair Dips, Sit-Ups. $50 - Resistance Bands. You can do a full body workout with just bands. Squats, Deadlifts, Presses, Curls, Triceps, Rows, Pull-downs, pretty much anything. $200 - Cheap Adjustable Dumbbells. Better than bands for presses and lifts and takes up very little space compared to a full set of dumbbells. $100 - Cheap Adjustable Bench. An adjustable bench will unlock a lot more exercises whether you go with the bands or dumbbells. Any of these will give you a great entry point. You can workout for at least 6 months to a year with these and see if it's something you enjoy. If so, then you can upgrade to more expensive equipment. If not, they're easy to re-sell on FB Market.

Do you mean a pair for under $150? Or $150 each so $300 for a pair? If it's under $150 total for the pair that'll be really hard to find anything that gets heavy. The best option is probably the Mikolo 53lb (26.5*2) Set: https://www.walmart.com/ip/15765619769 It has dynamic sizing so the dumbbell is smaller at lighter weights, single adjustment point in the handle, and nice flat ends for resting on the thighs and kicking up into position. If it's $300 total then I'd get the ByZoom Fitness 55lb Pure Series: https://byzoomusa.com/collections/pure-series/products/pure-series-55lb-adjustable-dumbbell-set-of-2-black They usually offer a 10% off discount on your first order which puts them right around $300 for the pair. You could maybe look at this Cap 55lb dumbbell for $200 for a pair if you want to save $100: https://www.walmart.com/ip/2803885255 Just note it doesn't have dynamic sizing so will be a bit more unwieldy. Also missing the smaller 2.5lb increments you get on ByZoom. If you want some of those 2.5lb increments this is similar to the Cap without the dynamic sizing and costs a bit more but starts at a little lighter and has some 2.5lb increments: https://a.co/d/00cJq4P0 Hope this helps!
