Push-ups, Squats, Lunges, Hip Thrusts, Inverted Rows and Reverse-Grip Inverted Rows (put a broom stick between two chairs), Chair Dips, Sit-Ups. $50 - Resistance Bands. You can do a full body workout with just bands. Squats, Deadlifts, Presses, Curls, Triceps, Rows, Pull-downs, pretty much anything. $200 - Cheap Adjustable Dumbbells. Better than bands for presses and lifts and takes up very little space compared to a full set of dumbbells. $100 - Cheap Adjustable Bench. An adjustable bench will unlock a lot more exercises whether you go with the bands or dumbbells. Any of these will give you a great entry point. You can workout for at least 6 months to a year with these and see if it's something you enjoy. If so, then you can upgrade to more expensive equipment. If not, they're easy to re-sell on FB Market.
