Do you mean a pair for under $150? Or $150 each so $300 for a pair? If it's under $150 total for the pair that'll be really hard to find anything that gets heavy. The best option is probably the Mikolo 53lb (26.5*2) Set: https://www.walmart.com/ip/15765619769 It has dynamic sizing so the dumbbell is smaller at lighter weights, single adjustment point in the handle, and nice flat ends for resting on the thighs and kicking up into position. If it's $300 total then I'd get the ByZoom Fitness 55lb Pure Series: https://byzoomusa.com/collections/pure-series/products/pure-series-55lb-adjustable-dumbbell-set-of-2-black They usually offer a 10% off discount on your first order which puts them right around $300 for the pair. You could maybe look at this Cap 55lb dumbbell for $200 for a pair if you want to save $100: https://www.walmart.com/ip/2803885255 Just note it doesn't have dynamic sizing so will be a bit more unwieldy. Also missing the smaller 2.5lb increments you get on ByZoom. If you want some of those 2.5lb increments this is similar to the Cap without the dynamic sizing and costs a bit more but starts at a little lighter and has some 2.5lb increments: https://a.co/d/00cJq4P0 Hope this helps!

I'd say ByZoom's options are pretty good since they offer 2.5lb increments on many models and dynamic sizing so the dumbbell is smaller at lighter weights instead of always being the full length and unwieldy. I think their Pure series is best but the 55lb model seems to be only on their website and not Amazon anymore and the 75lb model is a bit more expensive and out of your budget so only the 27.5lb Pure series pair remains under $300. You could check out their 55lb Classic Series too. The Squatz 45lb pair could be good if you don't mind the larger and weird increments of 4.5/9/18/27/36/45lbs. Also has dynamic sizing which is good. If you can shop at Wal-Mart too the 26.5lb pair of Mikolo dumbbells are a similar design and go in smaller 4.5lb increments of 5/9/13.5/18/22.5/26.5 and are on sale right now for only about $117: https://www.walmart.com/ip/15765619769 I'd say any of these are probably the best options under $300 right now.
