Achieving decent planetary photos with a smartphone isn't impossible, but there are limitations to what can be done and it's significantly harder than lunar photos. Others are correct that you'd be better off making your eyepiece decision based on visual observations! I have your exact same setup (even the same barlow, if it's the 2" version) and have a few higher-power eyepieces. I don't see a budget though? Tele Vues are great, but also quite expensive for my personal budget. So if you are also looking for more modest-budget options: I like the Agena StarGuider Dual ED 8mm (also sold by Astro-Tech and BST) for ~$70. I do also like my Celestron Luminos 7mm, but I got it on sale for an acceptable price and would suggest it's only worth about $100. If these are also above your budget, the 6mm and especially 9mm Redlines/Goldlines are excellent at the <$40 price (the 9mm is a little better than 6, but both better than the others). All Redlines and Goldlines are made by the same manufacturer, just sold under different names and labels; the only difference between Red and Gold (despite what some labelers claim) is the rubber grips on the Redlines. Svbony used to have the best price for these (on Amazon), but now Their Goldlines are essentially the same price as Agena Astro (and Astromania, and probably others). However, if you want the rubber grip version, I don't know of any as low-priced as Svbony's Redlines. Finally, I don't have any of these, but they're a step-up from the Dual ED (and probably from the Luminos as well, but at the full Luminos price): the Explore Scientific 82° line. They have a 4.5mm, 6.5mm, and 8.5mm. I rarely push past 6mm when viewing planets because of local conditions, but sometimes (not often) can get away with my barlow and Luminos 7mm (so 3.5mm) or barlow and 6mm Goldline (so 3mm).

I don't know why you'd be downvoted for wanting more info about someone's rec... Here's the eyepiece they recommended (and a good recommendation at that): https://www.amazon.com/SVBONY-Telescopes-Eyepieces-Eyepiece-Degree/dp/B07CCKFDZY I wouldn't get lens wipes for general use, but would instead press upon your 15-year-old the importance of not touching the eyepiece glass. But of course accidents/mistakes happen. Here are the wipes: https://www.amazon.com/Zeiss-Pre-Moistened-Lens-Cleaning-Wipes/dp/B0030E4UIQ I've never used these, but my guess is they'll work ok when using very carefully (all eyepiece cleaning activities should be done very carefully) And then someone in another comment recommended a Svbony Zoom. I don't have one and can't speak to its performance, but others like them. You can also search the forum cloudynights.com for eyepiece reviews, including about this one and the redline I linked above. https://www.amazon.com/SVBONY-Telescope-Accessory-Astronomic-Telescopes/dp/B0DLWDVBLP You'll really want to get just one of the additional eyepieces. Both would be overkill, in my opinion. You won't need SkySafari Pro. This telescope will come with a code for the StarSense Explorer app, which has plenty of infor for someone starting out. In my other comment I mentioned how Amazon is a terrible place to buy used astronomy stuff. The truth is, they aren't that great for new stuff either, because they don't properly check returns and often resell stuff as new that shouldn't be. (ETA: of the few things that don't have this problem on Amazon, eyepieces from Svbony and a couple other brands are in that. They're usually just fine to get from Amazon) You've made a pretty good choice for buying a telescope! If you want to be more-certain that what you're getting will be in factory-new condition, consider buying it from Highpoint Scientific: https://www.highpointscientific.com/celestron-starsense-explorer-114mm-tabletop-dobsonian (duh, you already are considering Highpoint Scientific, give your screenshot! Forgive my idiocy!) Best of luck to you and your daughter!
