Not European so I don’t know how prices will translate. Here’s a good baseline for ur build. Add in a sub $60 mATX PC case. Okinos has a great variety. I don’t know how long ur GPU is. These Phanteks + Areocool cases will fit virtually any GPUs. Finally, grab a sub $30 cooler, preferably a dual fan one like this $22 PCCooler model. Right now I’m at $660 (Newegg parts) + $60 (mATX case) + $30 (CPU cooler) = $750. We’re over budget! U can save $40 by grabbing an AliExpress 12600kf. And/or u can save another $50 by grabbing a used CL16/18 32GB kit of RAM off eBay/FB marketplace or European equivalents.

I’d sell ur Ram for $50 on eBay/FB marketplace and just get a new 32 kit for $190 or buy a used one for $150. I’m using Newegg PC Builder combos to make the build base for ur $1200 build. At $900, U’ve got a faster intel CPU, a motherboard with a front Type C port, a way better graphics card, a faster SSD, and a cheaper Gold rated PSU with 750 watts as opposed to 650 watts. For ur remaining 3 parts: On Amazon, grab a dual fan cpu cooler under $30. This one is under $23. Again, id sell ur 16gb kit for $50 and then get a used $150 32gb ram kit off eBay/FB marketplace. If u want new though, grab these Kingspec kit for $190. For a $1200 DDR4 build, u should have 32gb. Lastly, grab a microATX PC case under $60. Okinos has a lot of good ones. Even if u max out the $30 dual fan budget, grab a new $190 ram kit, a $60 case, and couple it with my Newegg PC base picks ur total is only at $1180. If u grab this sub $130 12600kf CPU from AliExpress instead of Newegg ull save $40. Swap out the 9060xt for this $50 discounted 9070 GRE and ur build total will be at $1200 on the dot. The 9070 GRE is about 30% faster than the 9060xt. Or instead upgrading ur GPU, u could use the $40 dollars in savings to upgrade ur SSD to 2TB drive. Swap the Kingspec out with the MSI M461 in the Newegg PC Builder. The combo will take it from $290 down to $240. Ur build total will then be $1230. If u wanna hit the $1200 mark, swap out a $60 Okinos with this $30 Zalman one. Just keep in mind the RGB is this case is fixed and cannot be changed. U could combine both deals ($130 AliExpress i5, $500 9070 GRE w/ Newegg discount, $240 2TB MSI M461) to create a build that totals $1290 if u use an Okinos case or $1260 if use the Zalman one. TIP: If u sell ur existing ram kit for $50 and then pick up a used one for $150, instead of just buying new kit at $190 u’ll save $90 bucks regardless of whatever build u chose. This would make the combined build total $1200 instead of $1290. Good luck!

Alright use the PC Builder on Newegg. For the motherboard find and add the Asrock B650M Pro RS. For the SSD, find and add the 1TB Kingspec XG 7000. Together ur combo should total $270. (Tip: An upgrade to a 2TB + motherboard combo would cost $360. U just gotta swap the Kingspec SSD with a MSI M461 within the PC Builder.) We’re primarily using Amazon for the rest of the build. For the GPU, buy a $600 9070 or 5070. I think the 9070 has better value. It has 16gb of VRAM and provides 10% higher fps on average. Both are good GPUs though. For the CPU, grab a 9600x for $175. Ur CPU cooler choice is fine. There’s a halo edition in both black & white for about $14 more that I like. Alternatively, u can grab a dual fan cpu cooler from PCCOOLER for about $23, but a single tower should be okay since the 9600x is pretty efficient. For the PSU, u could grab a non modular Gold rated Asrock model for $55 or a modular one in black or white from SAMA for $67. The one u chose is overpriced imo. For the ram, grab this 32gb kit from Silicon Power for about $390. Looks like u already like the case U’ve chosen. Okinos also has a variety of great mATX PC cases under $60. $270 (Mboard + SSD) + $600 (9070/570) + $175 (9600x) + $34 (Hyper 212 Halo) + $67 (SAMA 750W Gold PSU) + $390 (32gb ram kit) + $65 (Lian Li Case) = $1601 If u opt for the cheaper alternatives listed for the CPU cooler, PSU, and PC cases ull obviously save even more. For a bit under $100 more, consider upgrading ur GPU to a 9070XT and ur PSU to 850W one, like this non modular Asrock Gold model, though the 750W PSUs I’ve already recommend should work fine.

Get this build instead using Newegg’s PC Builder. Notice the combo savings. The i5 12600k is more powerful than the 5700x in both gaming and especially multitasking, plus the 12600k could be used with a DDR5 motherboard if u decide to upgrade later. For now, the motherboard I chose works with DDR4 and features a front USB Type C port. Swap out the 9070 with ur $600 5070 and u should still be at $855. Though I’ll say the 9070 is better value with 16gb and about 10% higher fps on average. Get this $300 MSI bundle. Insane value. U get 2TB of Gen 4 storage, a 750W modular PSU, and a 240 AIO. U already have ram so the only other thing u need is a mATX case that will fit the 240 AIO. I recommend the $55 Okinos Mirage 4. There’s a white version as well for $63 $997 + $300 + $55 (Black Okinos case) = $1210 for the total build. For $90 more u can get a 9070XT. Not bad for a $1300 build but the 12600k will somewhat bottleneck 9070XT. Instead u could upgrade ur CPU to a 14600k using this Newegg build. Adding in the $55 Okinos case and this $23 dual fan cpu cooler from CPU cooler would make the build’s total $1306. U might have to BIOS update the motherboard since the 14600k is a newer chip. Personally if I was to spend $1300, I’d go with this option over upgrading to a 9070XT because as I said before, a 12600k would somewhat bottleneck a graphics card as powerful as the 9070XT. P.S. if u live near a Microcenter get ur GPU from there for even more savings. They have 9070s for $580 and 9070XTs for $630.
