I am going to copy and paste my routine to this thread for reference, as I have completely alleviated my daily styes using the following method : HIGH QUALITY omega-3’s and specific ocusoft wipes. I get a stye maybe once a month now, as long as I am consistent with my treatment. Whereas before, I got new styes daily. This addresses both the oil gland issue that leads to styes forming (using the omega 3’s alters the consistency of the oil produced in the eye so that styes don’t form and cause blockages), and the ocusoft wipes provide protection from bacterial buildup on the eyelid. Then around breakfast, I take two pills of the Omega-3’s. PM (before bed): Take two of the Omega-3’s again, at dinner. Then before I go to bed, I wipe my eyes again with the Ocusoft PLUS wipes.
