I am going to copy and paste my routine to this thread for reference, as I have completely alleviated my daily styes using the following method : HIGH QUALITY omega-3’s and specific ocusoft wipes. I get a stye maybe once a month now, as long as I am consistent with my treatment. Whereas before, I got new styes daily.
