I have exactly this. I'm not cured but the following routine let's me live an almost normal life again with very minimal breakouts as long as I don't slack on the shaving. I've tried tons and tons of different products and treatments and this is what has helped me best. Shave with a Phillips one blade every 2-3 days. Followed by rubbing an alum block on your face for at least 1 minute. Cover your entire beard area and neck really good. Any alum block is probably fine but I always use this one https://amzn.to/3Nj0vXb Let this dry and sit on your face for at least an hour (very important-- if I don't leave it on a good while I usually start to break out the next day) I usually shave in the evening and then go watch TV for a bit before rinsing off with cold water and moisturizing. This moisturizer is expensive so I only use it on my beard area and use a cheaper one on the rest of my face. It really helps and was fine going over the breakouts. Im still chasing a cure with my very willing to experiment dermatologist but the above routine is the best thing I've found so far to at least consider this nightmare "stable" Hopefully this helps some.
