I have exactly this. I'm not cured but the following routine let's me live an almost normal life again with very minimal breakouts as long as I don't slack on the shaving. I've tried tons and tons of different products and treatments and this is what has helped me best. Shave with a Phillips one blade every 2-3 days. Followed by rubbing an alum block on your face for at least 1 minute. Cover your entire beard area and neck really good. This moisturizer is expensive so I only use it on my beard area and use a cheaper one on the rest of my face.
