Despite the harsh sounding name, hypochlorous acid is very gentle. I fell down a rabbit hole of silver products but that's all questionable and not FDA approved. Use one of the toners I suggested 20 minutes before using that to help increase the effectiveness. If that doesn't improve the inflamed scalp in a week or two, start adding other products to your routine.
