My house is typically 50 to 60% RH. In order to reduce or remove a factor that can make a print bad, I always dry my filament and keep it in a cereal box. Here is what I do. Note that there a bunch of options in the cereal box category - choose something that works for you. I suppose it might depend on what you mean by good. If you live in a place with little humidity, then sure. However, you should still dry your filament before using it. After that, you need to keep it dry. I'm not saying this is what you need to do but consider the concepts.
