I have super flat feet and my ankles turn in and can be quite painful without extra support. I have no idea if this will make any sense without a picture but this is the system that works for me in my regular shoes and SCA shoes. I have found that even the hard plastic arches can still lean inward. So I have found a arch support to put under the main insole hard arch so there is extra support under the plastic part of the insole. I glue these (Extra Support Insole) with E6000 upside down on the bottom of the plastic arch of the main insoles.
