I have a similar (or the same) garmin mount on my bike. Below, I have this mounted: https://www.garmin.com/en-US/p/552900/. Then I use a gopro to garmin quarter turn mount like this: https://www.amazon.com/Tobefore-Lightweight-Interface-Universal-Compatible/dp/B0CJJ8LCKH or the magicshine version to connect my light. It sounds really convoluted (and it is) but it works to have an adjustable angle on the light and an easy quarter turn install. Personally I have two ZTTO out front mounts and they are the bees knees. Garmin quarter turn up top, go pro mount on the bottom, then my lights connect to gopro with the magicshine style mount. It's cleaner and more rigid- I've had issues with the garmin factory mount getting loose over time. I paid $4 for the ztto and like $20 for the garmin mount, plus the friction mount for $10, and the ztto mount is objectively cleaner and better. The ztto stem mount would get your light and garmin off the bars. You'd need to figure out what else you need. I like the bell though!
