BESTEK Worldwide Travel Plug Adapter is the smallest adapter brick that ive come across. Bonus is it has a second plug on the bottom in case there is a clash. Cheap and small. EPICKA Air 40W Universal Travel Adapter just picked this up for our next trip. Similar in size to the anker nano but allows for 40w charging and maintains 20w to one usbc port while others are in use (15w shared). This will be my adapter moving forward since i really just charge my phone and can plug in a stronger charger if needed.
