Funny enough, I actually had the opposite issue and had to widen them a little bit when I first started wearing them. That said, you're not alone - this post from 2 years ago describes the same problem, although sadly it does not have a solution. There are replacement headbands on Amazon and eBay which should hopefully help pull it inwards. If that doesn't work, the plastic is surprisingly not that brittle (at least when new), so you could try putting it into a vice and using something like a hairdryer or heatgun slowly shrink it. If you do go down that route, you should be able to use the mould temperature as a guide (not the melting point), but you'll have to figure out the type of plastic in order to do that. Make sure you remove the fabric first, and be very careful not to heat the earpad area or the internal cable connecting the left and right side. Also don't put it into the oven, and don't touch hot plastic with your bare hands either lol. Or you could take it to a local Plastic Fabrication business, who might be able to help you do it... and while doing that might end up costing more than a new headset, it could also be cheap as chips, so there's no harm in calling them up to see if they can help (or have any tips). Good luck!
