If you are looking to just help with the smell I would try this stuff from Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07XL3C6FR?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_7&th=1 It's an ezyme cleaner that is cheaper then the natures miracle and works pretty well. I had a peeing cat at one point. Tried all the things. I mean I would almost try and just get get a carpet shampooer and use the enzyme cleaner in it and run in on the bare floors. It'll spray and suck up the water all at the same time. Warning too much water will cup the floors but it sounds like you have to replace them anyways. I mean you could always use old towels to mop up the puddles. Then put the cleaner in a garden sprayer and spray the walls. Since you are replacing the drywall I'm not sure how much time you really want to spend on cleaning them to be honest.

Try an enzyme cleaner: AmazonCommercial Multi-Purpose Enzyme Cleaner, Stain & Odor Remover, Pet Stain Remover, 1-Gallon, 1-Pack https://a.co/d/0atHHSkF I soak in warm water with a good amount of this, then run a new wash cycle with the detergent and bleach if possible, and a double rinse cycle. Seems to work pretty well.
