Board says “ISET PD-7” in the lower right hand corner. Which is this pedal. https://a.co/d/0g3QGz8k. It does seem the Teisco stuff is just rebranded ISET. Most likely based off the Diamond as others have stated. Interestingly neither Teisco or ISET state exactly what happens with that boost toggle.
