You can use the side seat buttons and just go slow little by little when you get to full flat fold. Personally I keep my rear seats folded down all the time so meh

You will have to unhitch the back clips under the seat. Have a small flashlight and nimble fingers !

Just put them in, Great. Just know the velcro it Very sticky/scratchy, so watch how you put it in. So it pulls the 'carpet' fibers if you have to reposition. Maybe put paper taped over it as you put it in. It came with some extra velcro.
