My current favorite shoe does all of this except the trail hiking (although I have worn it to walk up the very dusty and slightly gravelly trail to Griffith Observatory, and I wear them on short nature walks all the time): Frank Mully Ballet Flat. Biggest downside is that they're 0% water resistant, so I tend to bring them as one of two pairs of shoes unless I know for sure it won't rain. I think a pair of classic Allbirds would do all of this, except unfortunately for me they're very uncomfortable on my feet.
