https://a.co/d/0hMPvvMF This is the one I use!! It comes with a few different caps (I prefer the comb one) and I just gently “comb” my scalp and use my fingers to gently massage it in!! ETA: don’t feel like you need to buy the one I linked, I just really like the comb applicator!! I feel like it does the best job of distributing the oil :)
