I’m an average height woman, but I’ve tried so many pillows and this one from travelrest is my holy grail. Folds up relatively small (I like that it rolls up like a little croissant), inflatable so you can adjust how much air is in it. Takes a little bit of adjusting to find the sweet spot but once you’re there it’s so comfortable. You can either strap it to the headrest or just wear it across your body like a guitar. I slept for 7 hours straight in a middle economy seat coming back from Japan with this!

I’m a frequent long-haul traveler and this is my holy grail travel pillow. It’s truly amazing.
