One of my favorite cheats is this recipe book. Each recipe (for cookies, cakes, muffins, Bundesliga, bars) starts with a gluten free box cake mix and then she adds ingredients to make it better (such as pudding mix). This made me enjoy baking and eating gluten free baked goods again when I first got it over a decade ago. I have brought my stuff to family gatherings and work in the past and had no one notice the difference. I hadn't done anything in a year or so but broke it out in December when we had a baking "contest" at work for the holidays. I did my favorite, the cookies and cream cake, and won.
