I did the same, I went looser, try to exchange for a smaller size but their cuistomer service is not the best when try to reach them, I decide to buy a ring adjuster on Amazon, they gonna charge you $15 for the exchange and apparently is not something that’s gonna be quick, they want to confirm that you pay, then they send you a label so you return your ring first and then they send you the new size, let me know if you are going to exchange your.
