If you're aiming for 1080P and don't want to drive to Micro Center I'd go with this has a 5070, 7800X3D, 16GB RAM, 1 TB SSD, AIO for $1,450. This would be a strong build. The 5070 is a strong GPU that performs well even in 1440P so if/when you change you monitor your GPU can handle it, and the 7800X3D is great gaming CPU. That being said you if you want to drive to Micro Center G532 would give you the 9070XT, 7500X3D, 16GB RAM, 1 TB SSD, air cooler for $1,400. If it's in stock at your Micro Center I think the drives worth it. You're getting an even stronger GPU with more VRAM and with a comparable CPU. That being the first option will suit you well if you don't want to do the drive.

I'd go with this gets a 5070, 7800X3D, 16 GB RAM, 1 TB SSD, AIO for $1,450. The 5070 is a stronger GPU with more VRAM that gets good performance in 1440P, and the 7800X3D is a great CPU, you're halfing the RAM but that doesn't affect gaming performance much and the trade off is more than worth it.

I'd go with this instead. Gets the 5070, 7800X3D, 16 GB RAM, 1TB SSD, AIO cooler for $1,450. This would be a good build for you, the 5070 is strong GPU that does fantastic in 1080P and even does well in 1440P, if you upgrade your monitor in the future, the 7800X3D is a fantastic gaming CPU without spending too much, and while I do prefer to recommend 32 GB of RAM,16 GB is typically fine for gaming. While I wouldn't go with either of the Skytech options (due to price) if you decide to know their discounts stack.
