Exercise is Medicine. Keep moving. Book Review: https://unshakablehiker.com/oh-crap-its-parkinsons-is-an-upbeat-guide-for-the-journey/ Yes, I do recommend her book. https://www.amazon.com/Oh-Crap-Its-Parkinsons-Control-ebook/dp/B0GHK7WRX8 Unshakable Hiker (aka Colleen) encouraged me to do that morning hike at WPC. I had fun meeting Sara at WPC; she even sent me a pair of socks, but they were too small for my size 14 feet. Three groups were hiking at same time (different arrival). I did the long loop, as it was flatter. Other groups took the Mountain Goat trail (up and down the big hill) and were gone before I got back. Tip for hiking: new socks! Nice cushioning is good. I wore old socks and got a blister. Kept an eye on it (about the size of a quarter) but left it alone and kept walking.
