hey, this confusion happens with a lot of people. so here's the simple breakdown: the main thing is the juicer jar — both have the same 750W motor (which is good power, no problem), but the juicer part is different. MG-218 (Classic) has a 3-in-1 jar — this jar does 3 things: makes fresh fruit juice (like apple, orange, etc.) gives coconut milk and tamarind essence works as a blender for shakes, lassi, smoothies so you don't need a separate blender jar. one jar = 3 functions. MG-261/265 (Black) has only the super extractor jar — this is just for coconut milk and tamarind. it doesn't do fruit juicing. which to pick: go MG-218 if: you want fresh fruit juice without buying a separate juicer you want coconut milk AND shakes in one jar you don't have a separate blender go MG-261/265 if: you mainly need coconut milk and tamarind essence you already have a juicer or blender you don't drink fresh fruit juice much both have the same 750W Vega W5 motor (good power, no problem) and Master Chef Plus jar, so grinding is the same. the only difference is what that 5th jar does.
