There's an epic romantasy litRPG that fits your criteria pretty well. Female main character Smart and competent characters Relationship built on trust (gained from fighting side-by-side to save a kingdom) Many moments of vulnerability Sexual stuff takes a LONG time to happen It's called The Bonded Blade and Shield
I thought the romance in The Bonded Blade And Shield was done super well. There's this marriage of convenience to get a power boost in order to save the kingdom, but the characters aren't interested in each other, so they decide, fine we'll get married but nothing's going to happen and we're getting a divorce as soon as the kingdom is saved. Their only problem is the power boost scales with proximity. The first night on the campaign trail they find out their stat gains start fading if they don't spend the night in the same tent. And yet the story is the slowest of burns and doesn't even have any explicit scenes. The whole concept was a really clever way of tying the power progression into the romance
The main plot of The Bonded Blade And Shield is leveling up as fast as possible to save the kingdom. Lots of dungeon crawls in different dungeons, killing monsters and NOT people, all leading up to a world boss. Big romance subplot, but thankfully no harem. I thought it was pretty good
