As a Korean, been eating that since the 90s. Broth is seafoody but not fishy. Noodles are chewier and doesnt soak in the soup flavor as much as other ramen so its got a cleaner flavor. I like to make it with less water to have the soup to be thicker to cling to the noodle better.
