You can work this sculpt as is but the anatomy, even roughed in, is horrible. My suggestion to you to do it right is to learn anatomy. And NOT from YouTube. Their anatomy has many errors. I've taken artists anatomy and then did two semesters or cadaver dissection anatomy (I'm a doctor). There is no substitute to learning it right. I recommend this paperback book from Amazon. The anatomy is correct and it is geared to creating 3D meshes. Anatomy for 3D Artists: The Essential Guide for CG Professionals https://www.amazon.com/dp/1909414247 Yes, I know it's an actual book and not a video. And nobody uses real books anymore. But it's the correct path foward and an investment in your skills. You will need it for the finished mesh to look right. I completely taught myself Blender from scratch from books. I've never done a donut tutorial. You can do this too.
