What about gardening gloves? I have ones like this and they’re great! You still have dexterity and your hands don’t get all sweaty. Other than that, I find it’s more consistency than a specific product that helps me, like keeping a little tin of hand creme in my car, a “pen” with jojoba oil in my nightstand, etc. But if she’s getting really dried and cracked, something heavy-duty for folks that do a lot with their hands, like “O’Keefe’s Working Hands” might be in order.
