Ok so use the included spanner wrench to rachet down the shocks a few clicks at a time. Go for a ride and adjust up or down for more or less bouncy or too stiif and the bumps go straight to your spine. This is subjective and every rider is different as well as every shock and bike setup. The stock shocks have like 40 mini settings but really are only good up to around 200lbs rider weight. You may want to look at aftermarket shocks. I'm 220lbs with 29 inseam and use the burly shocks. Those shocks raised up the back end about an inch so less pulled back cruiser and a little more up right riding. I got a 3d printed "shoe" for the kickstand to counteract the "gangster lean" but my back end is happier. For the front suspension tighten down the fork springs with matching 1/8 inch clockwise turns (flathead slot nicely available right on top so you dont need to pop any caps) and go for a ride and make minor matching adjustments (take the screwdriver with you). The front sprimgs are set at their highest poi t from factory so its naturally bouncy and you gotta adjust them to fit your style. Go slow on adjustments and test them on your normal speeds and road types. I like to see from my mirrors as well and these have been great for me (not affiliated): https://a.co/d/0aImAWg5 I like big flat floorboards and use these as a perfect fit and on the most forward empty hole (not affiliated): https://a.co/d/0hYpiu83 Due to your weight and inseam I recommend the Corbin based on feedback around here. 6'+ and heavy people recommend them. I'm actually ordering a mustang because my corbin gunslinger is pretty, but hurts my butt even after 1k miles and I'm 220lbs and 29 inseam (5'10).
