This was our baby around that age, she did not want her water and would take the smallest sip and then no more. We tried water in her bottle at first and then tried the sippy cup by Dr Browns (link below). Took a couple of weeks but then she caught on and loved water after that. We also kept her sippy cup around her at all times throughout the day so she got used to it.
