Typically, you don't want a glossy dash as it becomes a safety issue. You see a reflection of the dash in the windshield interfering with your vision of what is in front of you. For that reason, I don't think you'll find an interior ceramic that adds gloss. I applied DIY Detail Interior Ceramic and while the protection is obvious... and it's ability to repel dust apparently magic... but it's not shiny, And again, if an interior ceramic is there.... you are not going to easily remove it, which is why I would be scared to apply a ceramic that boosted gloss. If it started to bother you, you don't get rid of it. But I understand the desire. I had the same. Which is why I had settled on Meguiar's Ultimate Insane Shine Protectant Spray as my interior protectant..... until I applied DIY Detail Interior Ceramic. It's about as glossy an interior protectant that you are going to find.... again, something all manufactures of interior detailers and protectants limit for safety reasons.
