I just made a Clancy mask myself. Here are the materials I used. Lurking class socks (turn them inside out) Distressed fabric (Use the reverse side of the fabric) I ordered a dark gray balaclava from Walmart as well. Unfortunately I the one I ordered is no longer available. Flat red elastic (For the red stripes) Hope this helps! This is how mine turned out.
