Cerakote Rapid Ceramic Tire Coat has been my go to. Goes on super easy, dries almost immediately, and it's cheap. I apply it with a cheap foam applicator. Picture attached. I recently tried Pans Clean Tire Dressing V2. It looks decent but it's a giant pain to apply. Definitely do not recommend.
