I did a quick search and found only one 99 cent copy in the US store: B0DXDG35CY. It uses single smart quotes, which ... might be the issue? I've used single smart quotes before and never had an issue so I wonder if it's a unicode issue. ? There's two other 99 cent copies here B0CFT773QL and B0DH2NDFCZ, and another for $1.99 (B0CKBL1VFG) -- all of these uses straight single quotes, which might function better. And then there's one for $12.99 (B0B5WPTKGZ) which looks ideal (uses the US standard double-quotes) and is on KindleUnlimited.
