The portable panel comes with everything but a battery, works well, the solar controller that comes with portable panel is cheap but works. Again I have both panels and both solar controllers hooked to my one battery, and they work well together and stop charging once battery is fully charged, at that point I disconnect the portable panel and put it up, let my regular panels float charge battery the rest of the day. I use about 600 watts a night, sun doesn't really hit my main solar panel til around 1 pm. So the boost from the portable panel is welcome.
