I would go with a fidget/spinner ring if you are trying to be discreet-but as another said, this should more be a discussion with the counselor about how you want her to keep access to her fidgets. You are allowed to disagree with the counselor. All that said, have you heard about Ono? The aluminum version is a very silent and satisfying fidget, has a good weight to it. I have anxiety and it is a good one for helping me redirect my focus when my anxiety spikes. It is far more obvious when it is being used as it fits into the entire hand, but it makes no noise.
