I just got this one and it fits my bottles very very well, normal or sideways (when in a backpack?). https://a.co/d/0j2sKktF I have the like 1.25" square-bottom bottles. I don't even think they're 3" high. I'd like to get some foam like these but I don't really need it. However, I ride a bike back and forth, so I stuff a winter hat or towel or something in any gap space - probably overkill or a cheap substitute to buying $15 worth of foam lol
