For me, I'm far away from Scotland so I'm learning Scots by reading it rather than speaking it. There are a handful of grammar books:- Grammar Broonie - https://edinburghuniversitypress.com/book-grammar-broonie.htmlScotspeak - https://luath.co.uk/products/scotspeakManual of Modern Scots - https://www.google.co.uk/books/edition/Manual_of_Modern_Scots/G-UaAgAAQBAJTeach Yourself Doric - https://www.amazon.co.uk/Teach-Yourself-Doric-Course-Beginners/dp/1898218145Doric for Beginners - https://www.amazon.co.uk/Doric-Beginners/dp/199931610X/ With all of these, I'm a bit sceptical about whether people "really" speak like that and how closely they stick to the grammar rules. I prefer just reading lots of different writers, and getting a feel of the breadth of it that way.
