I had something similar happen on my Kobra 2 Pro. Before replacing the PEI sheet, I'd recommend checking that the LeviQ sensor height is correct. You can level the bed from the printer's menu first, then print and use this calibration tool to adjust the LeviQ sensor relative to the nozzle: https://www.printables.com/model/724014-anycubic-key-proximity-sensor-height-tool-extruder After adjusting the sensor, run the automatic bed leveling again. If the nozzle is still too close, lower it little by little until the calibration is correct. If the PEI sheet is too damaged, you may need to replace it.
