I use 3M transpore tape. I put a little square on each nip before every run and never have an issue afterwards. Stays in place basically no matter what. Comes off pretty easily in the shower afterwards. My go-to is 3M Transpore surgical tape. Cheap, easy to use, stays put, comes off in the shower without too much fuss. I used to use liquid bandaid but that tore up my shirts too much for my liking.
