You could try iron on filigree. The iron on adhesive backing isn't great, would likely need reinforcement, but it benefits not having to sew the pattern yourself. Reinforce by sewing with clear thread or gold thread and/or using stronger fabric glue applied with a toothpick around all the details that start lifting after ironing. Something like this?
