I wonder if the peppermint or apple cider vinegar in your leave-in is messing with your hair, your texture looks like it needs moisture. Sometimes too much protein/keratin is not good for your hair/making it more brittle rather than smooth (I use the normal shampoo/conditioner from Costco but I also recommend head and shoulders, cuz its a clarifying shampoo) - how are you brushing your hair? Do you live in an area with hard-water? Do you wear hair ties a lot? …I started trying out some new things in this year and love my current hair mask (even better than Olaplex-3/products which I use once a week). I mix my regular mask linked below with conditioner every time I wash my hair and leave in as long as I can (so I shampoo first, to then condition/mask asap and do my other shower stuff while it sits). It’s helped a lot with shine, volume, and overall healthy look. Arvazallia (hair mask during your shower; the argon oil is great for strength and hydration!!): https://a.co/d/03QSvIGn I would also recommend a lighter leave-in conditioner you put in after the shower/after your hair is less damp/started to dry just a bit (make sure you pay attention to the ends, you could probably just use a little of the mask after the shower too if you don’t have a leave-in handy). It’s a 10 (leave-in spray after the shower): https://a.co/d/0223TdNR Lastly, aside from silk pillows to sleep on, get yourself an Unbrush. I got one as a gift and it’s been my favorite brush ever since but even better that it’s meant to reduce friction/breakage when brushing wet or dry hair and it works great when blow drying!Unbrush (lots of colors to choose from!!): https://a.co/d/09oO6hTj Have some patience with yourself and your hair. Sending you all my best!! ❤️

Wow, I am so so sorry… I don’t know if you use any other products, I don’t dye my hair personally, but I started trying out some things in this year and love my current hair mask (even better than Olaplex-3/products which I use once a week).
