I've used 50-400mg of B2 and not seen any negative effects. 400mg is a common dose for people using it for migraines. B2 has no known toxicity, and I don't know of any reactions where excess B2 will overuse other nutrients. That said, there are a very small number of people who are sensitive to B2 doses. There are liquid B2 supplements, like this one or this one which are 6.5mg, or this one which is 9.8mg.
