Turn the AC and fans on blast and wear noise cancelling headphones- this dampens the noise for my dog. OR the concert earbuds that filter out noise/loud noises (loop switch v2 work great, check the reviews/search them for "fireworks") but they still let you hear people/TV. Or take some kind of anti anxiety gummy/drink. Realistically you could probably go way out into the countryside or airbnb a cabin in the woods. But there may still be fireworks.
